Uniqlo Announces Its Montréal Flaghip Opening — October 23, 2020

Uniqlo has announced that its Montreal flagship store will open on October 23 and will occupy a prominent retail space at the corner of Ste-Catherine St W and Boul. Robert-Bourassa in the new Montreal Eaton Centre. The two-level store will feature about 32,000 square feet in a leased space. Jeff Berkowitz of Aurora Realty Consultants represents Uniqlo as broker in Canada and he negotiated all of Uniqlo’s store leases in Canada.

Copenhagen-based women’s fashion brand Ganni is looking to enter the Canadian market and has retained Aurora Realty Consultants for its real estate search under the direction of Jeff Berkowitz.
