Soia & Kyo adds a new flagship

Today Retail Insider reported that Soia & Kyo, the women’s luxury outerwear brand by the APP Group, opened its new flagship design location at the CF Toronto Eaton Centre in downtown Toronto last week. The 2000 square foot location is on the mall’s second level across from the Apple store and adjacent to the Victoria’s Secret. Soia & Kyo is a collection of ladies’ sportswear, classic trenches, suede’s, urban leathers as well as a range of wools, downs and rainwear. The brand was introduced in 2004 but it wasn’t until a year ago that the company opened a stand-alone store in Square One in Mississauga. The company anticipates further expansion in 2020 and 2021 and Jeff Berkowitz at Aurora Realty Consultants handles the global real estate for the company. High street locations and larger mall locations are targeted. Units in the 2000 to 2500 square foot range are required.
